City officials for Westbrook will be formally sworn in tonight at the Inaugural Ceremonies. The event is open to the public … Westbrook High School Auditorium (125 Stroudwater Street) … 7:30pm.
The ceremony will be followed by a brief City Council meeting. Refreshments will be served afterwards in the high school cafeteria.
